Tôi vừa biết có thiếu phụ vì nợ nần đã chi 50 triệu đồng thuê người chặt tay, chân nhằm được nhận bồi thường nhiều tỷ đồng tiền bảo hiểm.

Tôi muốn hỏi, hành vi của cô này và người được thuê chặt tay chân đã phạm vào tội gì?
