Tung tin sai sự thật trên Facebook bị phạt thế nào?

Tôi bán hàng online mỹ phẩm nhập khẩu khá đông khách, bị đối thủ cạnh tranh tung tin trên Facebook nói xấu bán hàng giả.

Khách hàng đọc thấy tin đó đã dồn dập nhắn tin hỏi tôi.  Việc kinh doanh từ đó bị ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng. Tôi rất bức xúc, muốn hỏi việc tung tin sai sự thật có thể bị xử phạt thế nào? Tôi có thể kiện cô ta không?
